Students are asked to prepare a 4-5 minute speech on the topic “Is There a Fine Line Between Optimism and Reality?” 1st, 2nd, & 3rd place winners will receive prizes. Applications available in English classrooms or student services. Deadline Feb. 25th
OPTIMIST CLUB ESSAY CONTEST

700-800 word essay on “When All the World’s Problems are Solved, is Optimism Still Necessary”. Prizes of $300, $200, and $100 will be awarded and top two winners will advance to additional competitions. Applications are in your English classrooms or student services
