ACT PREP WORKSHOPS

October 10th & 17th      Sessions are $100 for four sessions or $30 per single session. Workshops will be held in Minster. For more information, see Student Services

 

SENIORS

The VW Elks is sponsoring the Student/Volunteer of the Month Award. Two students from VW County schools will be selected each month. Pick up an application form in Student Services. Deadline is October 8th

 

ACT

The next ACT Test is scheduled for October 23rd. Deadline to register is September 17th.  Register online at act.org/bts

 

JUNIORS

If you would like to take the PSAT test on Wednesday, Oct. 13th, please bring $18 and sign up in Student Services by Oct. 6th. Sophomores may sign up beginning Sept. 24th. Only 35 spots available

 

FINANCIAL AID MEETING

Juniors, Seniors, and parents are invited to attend on Wednesday, October 20th from 6:30 – 8:00 p.m. in the NPAC   See Student Services for more info.

 

COLLEGE FAIR

September 29th   6:00 – 7:30 p.m.  at  Lincolnview’s Community Center      Seniors and Juniors, as well as their parents, are invited. This is an open forum.  College reps and military personnel will be available

 

SENIORS

Crown Equipment Corp. is offering an engineering career program with hands on experience.  Informational meeting will be Sept. 21st from 6:30 -8:00 p.m.  Meetings will be held once a month during the school year. See Student Services for more info

 

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED

VW First United Methodist Church Project 216 is looking for volunteers to pack rice on Saturday, Oct. 2 from 8:45 – 11:00 a.m. at the Goedde Bldg.  Community service credit will be given. Sign up in student services no later than September 24th
